Due to our company's continuous growth, we are looking for a full-time Head of Marketing to join our team.

You will:

  • Work with our executive, marketing, and other key teams across the company to set and execute the roadmap for the companies short- and long-term marketing strategy
  • Ensure the team is maximizing the impact of all marketing-related activities and keep track of key performance metrics
  • Guide the prioritization of key initiatives across marketing
  • Act as a high-level project manager to all the marketing-related initiatives that your team is responsible for, ensuring that all initiatives are on time and adequately resourced
  • Build projections and forecasts that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, user and traffic acquisition and other areas of marketing
  • Interview and make recommendations on potential candidates across marketing as the team continues to expand
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company’s marketing strategy
  • Facilitate effective training on marketing-related topics to ensure all the relevant stakeholders are properly educated on how to apply the best marketing techniques into their content and initiatives to maximize impact
  • Be in constant communication with team members

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have extensive experience in digital marketing, consulting, strategy, or similar type of roles
  • Are able to quickly research, analyze and create marketing strategies for any given customer
  • Have the ability and willingness to review, with meticulous attention to detail, all of the teams final work products
  • Are an excellent individual contributor. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do, but rather directly work alongside your team on key marketing initiatives.
  • Have experience leading highly effective and strong teams
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with an ability to develop trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Have a strong analytical and data-driven background
  • Have the ability to be self-directed and be effective working independently, however, feel equally comfortable working in a team
  • Have a strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team. You must be extremely persistent by nature and unwilling to let your team lose or leave problems unsolved.
  • Enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced and partially remote team
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
