Summary

Due to our company's continuous growth, we are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner to join our team.

You will:

  • Coach and partner with employees at all levels, to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Establish and improve the company-wide hiring process
  • Interview potential candidates for marketing, development, sales and customer support positions to support the company’s continuous growths
  • Support employees throughout their onboarding experience
  • Align business objectives with people strategies, programs, tactics and processes

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have a background of building programs, processes and policies
  • Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including workforce planning, people operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and hiring
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with an ability to develop trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Have the ability to be self-directed and be effective working independently, however, feel equally comfortable working in a team
  • Enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced and remote team
  • Have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
