Due to our company's continuous growth, we are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner to join our team.
You will:
Coach and partner with employees at all levels, to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Establish and improve the company-wide hiring process
Interview potential candidates for marketing, development, sales and customer support positions to support the company’s continuous growths
Support employees throughout their onboarding experience
Align business objectives with people strategies, programs, tactics and processes
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a background of building programs, processes and policies
Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including workforce planning, people operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and hiring
Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with an ability to develop trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
Have the ability to be self-directed and be effective working independently, however, feel equally comfortable working in a team
Enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced and remote team
Have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
