You can use your Inperium Sell email templates any time you need to respond quickly or just want to avoid the pain of repeatedly typing up the same message. For example, you can create email templates for standard interactions like initial engagement, prospect follow-up, and payment updates, as well as for customer surveys, questionnaires, meeting invitations, and more.
What are variables in email templates?
Variables enable you to specify where Inperium Sell should insert certain details from the email recipient’s contact record. For example, the variable “firstname” will automatically be replaced with the first name of the email recipient, such as “John” or “Anna” — without you having to lift a finger!
